Q. Is there a minimum number of chair
covers required to book with you if I want to do it myself?
A. No, for Do It Yourself you can 1 chair cover if you wish.
Q. Is there a minimum order for Full Service.
A. Yes - the minimum is 150 chair covers to book full service with us.
Q. How long does it take to put on chair
covers, is it hard?
A. It is very easy to put chair covers on, there is no learning curve.
It takes approx. 40 minutes for 1 person to put on 100 chair covers.
Q. Do you accept cheques?
A. We will accept cheques if you are paying your amount in full and there is
at least 2 weeks prior to the pick up date for the cheque to clear.
Q. If I pay in cash do I have to give a credit
card?
A. Yes, all rentals require a credit card for security. It ensures
that chair covers not returned or returned in an un-rentable condition can
be charged to the credit card.
Q. Can I return at a later date than the next business day.
A. No, due to laundry turnaround times we require that all chair covers be
returned by 2pm the following business day. Sundays and Holidays do
not count as we are closed on these days.
Q. Can I return on Sunday?
A. No, we are closed on Sundays.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. We have been in business for over 15 years. We started renting
chair covers to the general public just over 3 years ago.
Q. What are my assurances that you will not go
under before my event?
A. This is a very good question. We have been in business since 1993, we own
the warehouse that operate out which was purchased in 2006, we own all of
our own stock we are not a middleman, we own our own laundry facilities in
our warehouse. We plan on being here for many years to come.
With very little overhead, we are able to offer you the best prices and
still be very profitable which ensures our longevity.
Q. Is there a standard chair size for banquet halls?
A. No, there is nothing standard about chairs. Most banquet hall staff
will brush you off and say that their chair is standard. Ask them for
a measurement - just the total height is fine. If they don't know the
height of their own chair how in the world would they know if there is a
"STANDARD" height?!? We do have an extensive list of venues we have
done around the country with our chair covers so if your venue is a popular
one we probably already know the size of chair cover that will fit.
Q. Are the chair covers I receive cleaned, do I
have to clean them prior to returning them?
A. All chair covers are cleaned after each rental regardless if they are
used, looked used or otherwise. YOU do not have to clean them, we will
provide you with nylon bags to return them in after you are done. You
are asked to undo any bows or ties that you do with the chair cover as it is
very time consuming to remove them when they are not on chairs. |
